DESCRIPTION
Manage the product backlog
Continually align team priorities with the roadmap
Coordinate/collaborate with UX on interface designs, product research, marketing
Meet with stakeholders on bi-weekly basis to continually collect feedback, refine requirements & manage expectations
Translate the customer’s vision into reasonable expectations for the team
Make decisions regarding the overall shape of the product
Project “Manager”/Vendor Lead
Act as the “face” of the team for the ecosystem
Coordinate with BESPIN Delivery Manager on day-to-day team operations in the Agile framework
Manage customer relationship through the BESPIN Service Manager/COR
Provide guidance & mentorship to the Delivery & Service Managers where appropriate
Ensure cost controls are applied for application development and deployment environments
Tech Lead
Provide the team with technical direction and advice
Ensure the technical approach aligns with the product vision and accounts for the current and future states
Assist in the development of Airmen as responsible engineers/developers within the lean Agile principles
Perform pair programming and peer review exercises as needed to aid in development tasking
Collaborate with other ecosystem members on technical challenges, troubleshooting or brainstorming. Includes participating in the BESPIN Jedi Council outreach sessions for shaping new ecosystem guidance, practices & policies
WFA Security Champion
Help the team understand and implement security requirements
Ensure SD Elements chores are implemented correctly, review, challenge and sign off on chores
Coordinate with BESPIN Cybersecurity with respect to maintaining the CtF under the BESPIN cATO
Provider mentorship & advice to the team in security awareness and practice be a security pair
Be intimately aware of the security posture of our app & team – be able to provide the “security elevator pitch”
Network with SC peers to spread tips & lessons learned across teams
Perform continual training as necessary to maintain active “Green Belt” status within the BESPIN Security Champion program.
CLEARANCE:
Must be a US citizen and clearable to DoD Secret
