The map data and community program team is a young team responsible for the program management of the map-data ecosystem hand-in-hand with the multiple communities within the Geo team. We make an impact by contributing to maintaining our map ecosystem as well as building relationships with our vital communities. Our team is made up of map enthusiasts, community experts, seasoned program managers all with a passion for maps and a common goal of driving South East Asia forward. Get to know the role
We are looking for a Program Manager to work closely with our Product Operations and Product Management team. You will work with the team to streamline strategic initiatives, improve operational and administrative processes and oversee some of our ongoing strategic cross-functional projects. We believe a successful candidate has prior project management experience and has worked with a large cross-functional team with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we aim to build the most sustainable map and community in SEA. The Day-to-Day Activities
Coordinate internal resources and partner with cross-functional stakeholders for flawless execution of projects.
Participate in Strategic Planning Initiatives, Business Review Sessions, Operational Support for SEA Product Strategy and Operations Team involving planning, organizing, and coordinating with business leaders on crafting agenda, consolidating content, facilitating the meetings, and following up on actions items.
Proactively identify issues, areas of enhancements that provide value-added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives.
Managing end-to-end life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to drive continuous improvement.
Implement internal operational processes to drive standardization across multiple teams.
The Must-Haves

You have experience in developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
You have proven experience as an Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, Training Manager, or similar…
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite Products
Able to work well independently and collaborate within a regional team
The Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience and knowledge of the OpenStreetMap ecosystem is a plus
2+ years as a program manager with a tech software company
Ability to develop strategy and translate to execution in a quarterly steered and operational environment
Design and deliver learning and development courses, workshops, and other trainings for the team
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
