Job Description : Cybernext Pvt Ltd is hiring for a Project Coordinator in the web domain for CMS (WordPress and Shopify) and PHP-based projects.The candidate needs to have excellent communication and analytical skills so that he/she can interact with the clients and team. The candidate will act as the bridge between the clients and the team.Key Requirements: Analyse risks and opportunities.Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.Developing project strategies.Ensuring project deadlines are met.Ensure resource availability and allocationWork as a Developer in critical situationsDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationsResponsibilities : Communicate with Services-team and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goalsAbility to simultaneously manage different projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentCoordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgetsEnsure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to pre-determined timelines and deliverable datesResponsible for maintaining good relationships with clients through active communication and strong availabilityDevelop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestonesMonitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputsEnsure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standardsResponsible for getting positive reviews from clients on different portalsMinimum 1 year of working experience as a project Coordinator and In-depth knowledge of Web ( PHP, WordPress, Shopify, Reactjs)Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsProfile: Project CoordinatorExperience: 2-4 yearsLocation- MohaliTimings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pmMonday to Friday5 day working (Work from Office)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayExperience:total work: 1 year (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
