Job Description : Project management experience specifically in the pool business is preferred with at least 1-2 years. Typically management consists of 3-15 projects at any given time. On the job training is provided. Pay based on tiered system and testing requirements provided to maximize potential based on experience. Pay based on salary, % bonuses and erosion payback. No sales required, but do need to have good communication skills and will need to learn the Monday app for documentation.
