The Developer is part of a team that focusses on the used Test frameworks and maintaining the job pipelines and Infrastructure; mainly Java and CloudThe Developer is part of the test team in India and works closely with its counterpart in Hamburg
Key responsibilities
Development on company wide used test frameworksSetting standards and best practices within the test teamSupport of the teams working with the test frameworksTechnical Analysis of the resultsCreating and maintaining test pipelinesCapable of POC development including the necessary research (new test tools e.g.)Setting up and maintaining Test InfrastructureImprovement of the automation ratio of the test cases and of the data preparationSolving development Problems of other cross functional test teams regarding test automation
We are looking for
An individual with knowledge in the software quality process
Experience with the following Tools: Git, Instana (APM-tool), Jira, XRAY (Quality Management)Strong knowledge of Java
Basic knowledge of C#Basic knowledge of Python
Strong knowledge of Selenium (3)
Strong knowledge of APIs and communication-patterns (REST).Knowledge in working with relational and non-relational database setupsKnowledge of CI/CD and tooling (Jenkins, Ansible, Github Actions).Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Experienced in Cloud environmentsExperience with Tosca ToolingExperiences with Agile ways of workingA minimum of 3 years in QA-engineering
Experience with working on large scale global teamsStructured and ambitious, with an analytical mind-set
Strong communication skillExperience in the logistics sector, would be a good to haveBeing open minded towards new technologies for future usage
