Job Description : We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecture and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.
Responsibilities
Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
Implement pixel perfect UI’s that match designs. values
Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Integrate third-party API’s.
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
Write unit and integration tests.
Release applications to IOS App Store and Google Play stores.
Work with native modules when required.
Open to learn new technologies like AI, Cross platform frameworks, Image Processing and Analysis etc.
Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.
Be part of a community of React Native developers who share knowledge and help each other as problems arise.
Helpful skills and experience
At least 2 years proven work experience as a developer for React Native in mobile development industry with a track record of developing apps released to public.
Responsible for developing applications for iOS / Android using , React Native.
Experience working on other mobile technologies like Android and iOS Native will be preferred.
Good knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and Multi-threading concepts.
Experience using web services (HTTP, REST, SOAP) using JSON.
Experience in implementing Offline/Sync features and caching mechanism.
Deep understanding of SQLite database, Web services and location-based services.
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
Must be familiar with MVP/MVVM and other popular architecture.
Worked on Google Maps API, Social networking API’s like Facebook Android SDK, Twitter API, Google API.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools: Git, SVN
Familiarity with AWS Alexa and Google Assistance api.
