Job Description : We are hiring for a detail oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team! As a Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for verifying and accepting incoming orders from vendors. Duties include greeting guests and vendors and offering assistance while receiving all products by scanning into the inventory system and sorting and stocking store merchandise, while partnering closely with department leaders to ensure accurate ordering and record keeping.
The ideal candidate for this position:
has the ability to work early morning hours;
is an excellent communicator with a strong attention to detail;
enjoys working independently as well as being part of a collaborative team;
a self-motivated and enthusiastic people person who is a guest service rock star;
has a strong sense of pride in ensuring their work area is clean and tidy;
is excellent with multi-tasking;
doesn’t mind a fast-paced work environment in varying temperature conditions – including a cool, damp environment, in coolers/freezers, and on the salesfloor; and
has the ability to learn and operate all necessary equipment.
