Job Description : We are looking for a female candidate who is from Vaikom or nearby locationLadies who are settled in Vaikom after their marriage are preferred.(Duties & Responsibilities)Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly mannerWelcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors haveMaintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all timesOperate standard office equipment on a regular basis, a copy machine, and a computerKeep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls receivedReceive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mailMaintain the general office filing systemMarking attendance on regular basisPreparing DCR (Daily Collection Report Submission Reportable) on daily basisMaintaining goods return register report on regular basis.Maintaining KMs & incentive reports of drivers.Preparing Executive attendance & GPS tracking report.Checking mails on regular basis.Tracking WhatsApp orders on regular basis.Preparing OBS (Order form billing Section) on regular basisMaintaining Commitment & ready cash register on regular basis.Preparing debit notes & Discount papers.Qualifications for ReceptionistHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required0-3 years of relevant experience in an office environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong phone skillsDemonstrated ability to read, write, and speak Malayalam and to handle English if requiredComfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidanceExcellent interpersonal skillsPunctual with strong attendance historyJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shift
