In this fast-paced role, you will be resourcing and recruiting for our growing sales team, with a primary focus to pipeline, engage and nurture relationships with potential candidates about our roles. You will be using multiple job boards as well as our internal database and LinkedIn to source experienced candidates, screen and prepare applicants for consideration, whilst being fully knowledgeable about Bridgewater Finance group, its vision, goals, and the benefits of working here.
The ideal candidate will have experience in volume recruitment and or sales recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with top talent across several platforms including LinkedIn, internal database and various job boardsPre-screen suitable talent via telephone and video interviewsCreate and manage engaging job adverts and social media campaigns
and the ability to work to strict deadlines
Monday to Friday working hours

Basic salary £20-23k D.O.E and monthly commission structures, OTE £30k.
