Core ResponsibilitiesSupport APAC Market Group Integrated Commercial Planning and deploymentPartner Regional Performance Manager, making sure the insights are translated into impactful plansLead Regional Activation & Launch planning (in early planning phase)Lead Business Unit Integrated Commercial Planning from Marketing perspective, in collaboration with the Regional Customer Development TeamCo-drive Consumer Group Planning (with Brand, Performance and Demand Planning Teams – input Regional Demand Review & Regional Brand Review)Lead cross-regional marketing spend planning (spend planning tool management, monitoring seasonality, correlation with CS, etc.)Lead planning related new process implementationCo-ordinate & collaborate with multiple functions and markets across the LEGO organisation (Regional Customer Development, Demand Planning, Finance, Brand and Media)Represent APAC in global marketing planning forums

Success in this role will support APAC to deliver a strong and efficient marketing plan, to ensure our kids, pre-school and adult consumer groups are growing strongly and sustainably based on global portfolio priorities.

The APAC Regional Marketing Team helps to shape the global marketing agenda, translates into regional priorities and creates regional frameworks for execution. It covers the functional areas of brand management, digital marketing, trade marketing, media management, PR, marketing planning and performance.

This role will be part of the newly merged Regional Marketing Planning and Performance Team, making sure we elevate data driven and insight-based planning and decision making across functions.
Do you have what it takes?Strong experience of MS Office Suite, especially strong Excel & PowerPoint skillsComfortable with reporting toolsMin 5 years’ experience in project/brand and/or planning management ideally from a premium consumer brand or agencyStrategic & Result orientation
Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, plan for projects and prioritiesOpenness to engage, spar and influence on key responsibilitiesIndependent, energetic and willing to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial atmosphereAdaptable to changes and be at the forefront to lead change in both actions and behaviorAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentUnderstand what it means to achieve success with others and through othersExpect maximum of 25 days of travel (80% APAC, 20% Europe) when travel resumes
