Job Description : Regional Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage relationships with our partners in Asia and work closely with the production team on expanding our game audience globally and across different platforms and social groups.

What You’ll do Here:
Define, manage, and communicate cross-regional project schedules across time zones, scope, status and risks to ensure the on-time completion and quality of all tasks and deliverables
Work with the Leadership to create strategies that resonate and expand Sky’s reach to diverse audience globally
Provide regional expertise to the production team to ensure Sky’s global success
Promote and maintain respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with the international partners
Enhance cross-cultural communication
Must Haves:
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin)
3+ years of experience managing partner relationships
3+ years of live mobile app development or game production role (or equivalent)
Proven experience with iterative product development and agile/scrum methodologies and tools
Experience working on a live game
Passion for shipping innovative new live experiences to players
Strong communication skills and ability to design and facilitate sessions that lead to clear outcomes
Able to positively and persistently implement changes to improve production culture
Passion for games and belief in thatgamecompany’s vision
Nice to Haves:
Experience with mobile, free to play, or social games
Experience as the primary producer responsible for shipping a major game feature or entire project
Actively play Sky: Children of the Light
Experienced with Jira and Confluence
