Job Role
1.Managing a Sales Team of Life Insurance at Zonal level and ready to travel frequently in all locations of the zone, Sales background a must.
2.Responsibility to achieve Monthly & Annual Targets , agreed by Channel Partner & Life Insurance. Resulting to growth in MOM & YOY.
3.Managing different verticals of Bank for group insurance business . Good at maintaining relationship with bank teams is the key requirement.
4.Maintaining trackers of Business , Excel is a must. Provide Regular inputs to Sales Team & Solve their queries regarding Product & Sourcing New Business.
5.In Addition , Coordination with Operations , Underwriting , Claims , Marketing , Product Team of Life insurance as well as Channel Partners.
Job Requirements & EligibilityEngineer with B2B sales/ Key relationship background. 8 years exp.in FMCG, Manufacturing,Telecom, Pharma industry. Strict no to BFSI profile.Person must have account management & team management experience.B2B experience with Team handling role, Client Relationship Management and Acquisition.Candidates from Telecom, education, office automation, IT sales, FMCG preferred.Education: Engineer / Engineer with MBA / No gap in education.Should be fluent in Local language , English, Marathi and HindiCandidate should be mobile, ready to travel within and outside city , should have his own vehicle.
