The opportunity
We are looking for Consultants with expertise in Instructional Design to join the WFA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the WFA team.
Your key responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs
Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging course content and learning activities
Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc)
Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
Effectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationships with clients and other project team members
Support development of collaterals, tools, techniques, and methodologies to develop the practice

To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s or associate degree with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines
Impeccable writing skills (grasp and command over English)
Impeccable MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
Ability to articulate design decisions, suggestions and provide creative direction
Proficiency with one or more course authoring and learning tools: Articulate Storyline, captivate, SAP Enable Now, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe
Practical knowledge and experience in instructional design principles
Experience developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables: Web-based learning, Videos, Interactive PDFs, Webcasts, Podcasts, nano-learnings, VILT
Ability to review learning deliverables developed by others
Excellent knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods and learning experience platforms
Ideally, you’ll also have
A background in content design or content marketing
Experience working in tech organizations
Experience working with all kinds of media
Experience with a data-driven approach to instructional design, using both qualitative and quantitative data to optimize content efficacy
Familiarity with website design, video technology and editing
Knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
