Job Description : Freshers are welcome Educational qualifications : B.tech(Electrical/Electronics)+ Mba(Sales and marketing )Relationship manager job responsibility1 Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products2 Reaching the targets and goals set for your area3 Establishing maintaining and expanding Customer base4 Servicing the needs of your existing customers5 Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market6 Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself7 Collecting customer feedback and market research8 Reporting to Senior Manager9 Keeping up to date with products and competitors.. New Business Development· Responsible to increase customer database and achieve targets· Accountable for expansion of VEPL brand (new areas / locations)3*. Collection*· Responsible for timely collections of payments from customers as per the credit limits and credit period assigned to them4. After Sales Service· Responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensure customer delight· Take regular feedback from customers regarding products and services offered by VEPL5. Process Improvement· Implementation of best practices within the department· Implement quality and productivity improvement tools like Quality circle, quality groups etc· Push for Automation wherever required· Ensure 100% documentation in ERP6. Legal & Compliance· Be constantly updated with all laws, compliance and regulations applicable to this department thereby ensuring maximum benefits/profits7.
