ABOUT THIS JOB

As part of our Commercial Ops Technology team, the Salesforce Architect guides digital transformation by aligning business and technology, selecting the right technical solutions that maximize business value, and advocates for best practices that create frictionless customer experiences using Salesforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Sales/Service Product Owners to understand business requirements, assist them with refining user stories and recommend appropriate Salesforce technical solutions.
Analyze business requirements and create technical design based on Salesforce best practices and principles of scalability and information security.
Optimize Salesforce Design and end to end Technical Architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, App Exchange Products and Integrations with other applications.
Participate in solution design sessions, recommend alternate approaches, evaluate technical impacts, and provide sizing estimates for user stories.
Design, develop, test and deploy high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Platform Events, Flows and other technical components.
Design and develop Salesforce integrations with other applications leveraging Soap/Rest APIs, Web Services, Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI and DBAmp and other integration technologies.
Manage deployments and migrate code across Salesforce Environments using DevOps tools such as GearSet, GitHub and other industry standard tools.
Be part of the Agile Scrum team and actively participate in all Agile meetings.
Conduct code reviews with Salesforce Developers, manage technical debt and Salesforce systems upgrades.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of overall experience in Salesforce Design & Development
3+ years of experience as Salesforce Architect
Active Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Architecture)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of cross functional teams.
