Job Description : Job DescriptionThis position includes-Responsibility for the overall design of Plumbing & Fire protection systems & deliverablesCommunicate with clients on a regular basisTeach & interact with team members to help improve their technical skillsUse AutoCAD & REVIT for design modellingPrepared to undergo training in new software if neededAssist team in preparing plumbing and fire protection design documentation and calculation sheets.Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback.Experience4+ years of experience in designing of Plumbing & Fire Protection Systems.Experience in design of water supply, sewerage and drainage system including necessary calculations. Design of comprehensive underground sewerage and storm water systems. Sizing and selecting of location for STP & water tanks. Detail drawing layout for internal & external water and drainage systems.Experience in fire protection systems design of sprinklers, external & internal hydrant systems, fire pump & tank systems design, hydraulic calculations.Experience in design of fire detection & alarm systems.Good understanding & knowledge of international codes like NFPA, Uniform Plumbing. Knowledge of Australian codes would be an added advantage.Proficient in AutoCAD & REVIT for design work.Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients on a regular basis.Consistently produce accurate work without errors.Experience working on US/UK/Australia projects will be an added advantage.QualificationBE/B. Tech Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with relevant technical qualifications.CompensationCompensation for this post will be in line with qualifications and experience.
