Visual Designer
About the Team and Role Summary
As part of the Digital Product team, you will work on a range of apps and websites for brands across our Genflow portfolio. You will have the opportunity to work on both existing and new products across a range of devices.
You will work closely with the Product department, Branding designers and individual stakeholders to create high-fidelity designs for products with hundreds of thousands of users. This is a great role for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced and high-impact role.
What you will do

Lead the creation of high-fidelity designs based upon low-fidelity wireframes and user stories for our mobile apps, web apps and ecommerce websites.

Support the product team in making decisions on new features for our existing products and help to define the UX of changes to our products.

Support our Tech and Brand teams and guide them on best practises when creating purchase flows and designing experiences that drive results

Oversee the creation of low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.

Own the reviews of developed features, comparing them to the original designs and ensuring a high level of visual quality throughout

Owning the visual execution of all projects that you are involved in, ensuring a high quality of execution throughout

Work directly with stakeholders to direct decisions around UI & UX

Own the overall visual quality of all aspects of our digital products

We would like to meet someone who

Has 2+ years commercial experience designing native applications which have been published on the iOS or Android App Stores

Has experience managing multiple projects at a time

Has extensive experience with Sketch, Figma or another similar tool

Has experience creating interactive prototypes of designs
Has a desire to train and support junior staff

Has experience in working with multiple stakeholders and has strong communication skills and confidence when discussing design decisions

Has an interest in the creator economy and/or fitness apps
