The Company
Attribute Group is pleased to be partnering with one of Australia’s best household brands as it looks to seek a Digital Business Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
The Role
The client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Business Analyst to join their Digital Loyalty team, working on projects to evolve the brands ongoing mission towards building out an industry leading loyalty platform for best-in-class customer experience.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and understanding as an end to end BA, as well as exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with an effective ability to build relationships across the organisation. You must exhibit your capability to work cross-functionally and influence both the delivery team and the business in meeting objectives.
Ultimately, you will ensure success for the squad is set by identifying and defining all needs, opportunities and recommending solutions as a true facilitator across all process, product, services, and systems resulting in outstanding value delivered to both customer and stakeholders.
Key Skills
Background in working on digital projects, websites, or mobile apps
Prior experience in rewards or loyalty programs/initiatives
Additional eCommerce and/or retail industry experience a bonus
Strong exposure to agile and scrum methodology within enterprise level organisations
Capable of leading the end-to-end process with excellent process and product knowledge
Actively participate in all phases of the project including analysis, design, development, testing, user training, change management and implementation
Ensuring the business and technical components of the solution collectively provide the outcome for the customer
Practical experience in developing functional and non-functional requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria which to enable design and implementation of solution
Can deliver high level engagement through high-level communication, presenting and influencing capability
