What you’ll achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects. you will define the tools, process, and competence required to work successfully within a Telco Openstack Cloud transformation project.
You will:
Engage customers in providing the right solution approach and offerings for end to end Telco transformation journeys.
Define, design, and help build SI capabilities including tools, process, and competence leveraging all internal DT competence to deliver optimal outcome to customers.
Experience with setting up the program management delivery framework for SI projects
Collaborate with other internal Dell Global Services Cloud organization to ensure that internal DT capabilities are fully leveraged to deliver transformation outcomes
Assumes leadership role in analyzing product requirements, systems integration needs, and technical expertise to design and implement solutions across the breadth of Dell and third-party products and services

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or product development.
3+ years’ experience of working on Wireless LTE/4G/5G core network development and Testing
Deep understanding of LTE and 5GNR modulation as well as 3GPP standard
Good understanding on multi-threaded programming & Good knowledge on Linux
Knowledge of 3GPP specifications related to LTE/5G
Expertise in network protocols & communication protocols and internals (5G, 4G, LTE, IMS, IP (TCP, UDP, SCTP), Ethernet, RTP).
