Job Description : Key skills Required / Job profile: Responsible for planning and developing new product as per customer requirementComponent Process knowledge in VMC, CNC Lathe and HMC Machines is essentialGood knowledge in Drawing studyKnowledge in Modeling software’s like Auto Cad, solid works , Pro-E or Master cam is additional advantageKnowledge in MS Office is mustKnowledge in Mechanical and Hydralic fixturing is requiredAbility to handle the month end pressure and targetsAbility to develop and deliver the parts in Quick span of timeCo-ordinating with planning dept., manufacturing dept. along with Quality dept.to achieve the targeted new product development.Preparing documents such as CP, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, PSW & submission to customers as per RequirementsGood Command on Design of New Parts.Final Inspection and testing of finished products & sample submission to customers as per scheduleManaging overall development related operations and ensuring timely accomplishment of efficiency and productivity targets.Prepare costing reports, incurred in developing new productsQualifications and ExperiencePreferred Qualifications – ITI & Diploma – Mechanical – R & DAge Criteria – 30 to 35 YearsRelevant Experience – Above 10 yrsIndustry preference – Any Company which involves in CNC Machined ComponentsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food allowanceHealth insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusExperience:10 to 12: 10 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
