Having its corporate office at Hyderabad & registered office at Guntur And Regional offices in Vizag and Tripathi .Job briefTo provide assistance to managers and employees with respect to HR policies and procedures including: employee relations, recruitment, benefits and the health and safety program.ResponsibilitiesConducting Recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordinglyPosting Job openings on different social media and job portals, sourcing, screening and conducting telephonic round interview. Coordinating with line managers/HOD’s and scheduling interview.Facilitating newcomers joining formalitiesConducting induction, Maintaining onboarding filesReviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularlyHandling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations – PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employeesMaking sure payments are done on timely basis (PF/ESIC/PT)Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the HR managerHandling all employee enquiries & grievances.Processing Payroll using HRIS and preparing various kinds of reports as or when required by managementEnsuring Employee information is updated in HRIS.Communicate with branch HR’s to ensure policies are up to date and it is implemented in all branches.Maintaining records of salary advance forms/TA DA forms/and many related forms and also filing of sameUpdating information on Google sheet like salary commitment ESIC PT liability, ensuring PF/ESIC/PT files are maintained properly.Enrolling new employees in ESIC and PF portalRequirementsProficiency with MS Office applications (Excel)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the agency, maturity and discretion.Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Knowledge of any HRIS is an asset.Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety act is an asset.Minimum education: Any Graduation/MBA preferredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,821.00 – ₹20,475.00 per monthBenefits:Food allowanceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusEducation:Master’s (Required)Experience:Recruiting: 2 years (Required)Work: 3 years (Required)Application Deadline: 19/02/2022Expected Start Date: 21/02/2022
