We are looking for a Senior Developer to strengthen our Engineering team focusing on cloud native technologies. Role
As a Senior Developer in our team, with an in depth technical and functional knowhow of of the topics delivered in the unit, you take responsibility for the following:
Scrum Team contribution
Support TPOs during implementation phase, with respect to architecture, design and development
Work in close collaboration with Architects and other scrum teams to author/provide detailed design specifications/concepts to the teams
Drive and improve internal devops processes on a continuous basis
Actively and timely preparation and participation in scrum ceremonies
Handle customer/internal issues
Research
Keep a constant tab on technology trends and drive/develop Proof of Concepts, which can bring considerable value to Product in the future as well as accelerate development efforts
Collaboration
‘Live’ & promote healthy networking and collaboration between functions – PO, TPOs, SoS (Scrum of Scrums), Cross topic owners etc. in particular (within a location as well as cross location)
You contribute to the team spirit by supporting an environment of continuous learning, exchanging of ideas & thoughts and embracing a culture of innovation
Role Requirement
BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech/ MCA course with a minimum aggregate percentage of 65%
Experience in Software development: 6+ years
Expert knowledge of cloud, Java & related technologies
Strong analytical and trouble-shooting/problem solving skills
Knowledge and experience in DevOps methodologies and tools (e.g. Github, Jenkins, Ansible)
Experience in agile development (e.g. SCRUM, extreme programming) and with distributed development is highly welcome
Expertise in Test Driven development and passionate about unit tests, integration tests, performance tests and test automation
Focused, pragmatic and result oriented; like to work autonomously as well as in a team
Sense of commitment and responsibility and an ability to take initiative
