Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Cloud Engineering leaders to align to the overall business objectives of Cloud Engineering and Cloud growth priorities • Collaborate closely with Cloud Engineering Teams & other relevant Lines of Business (LOBs) to drive improvement to the Cloud Customer experience • Strategize, plan and accelerate execution of programs & strategic initiatives to contribute directly to driving Cloud growth objectives • Provide market-in, customer-in perspectives on issues relevant to cloud growth • Focus on continuous improvement initiatives to improve effectiveness, efficiency & productivity within Cloud Engineering • Lead in the conceptualization and planning of strategic programs and initiatives focused on driving improvements in the areas of customer engagements, ecosystems partnerships, field enablement and talent transformation. • Lead virtual teams within & outside Cloud Engineering to execute the actions and activities within the Strategic Programs & Initiatives • Track and measure the progress and outcomes of the Strategic programs & initiatives and look for opportunities to refine and improve • Effectively collaborate with other teams within AWM & globally to drive the targeted AWM Cloud growth outcomes • Provide thought leadership in development of simple and advanced analytics best practices, processes, technology & solution patterns and automation (including CI/CD) in the areas of data discovery, preparation, model training, model scoring, risk, audits, machine learning flows. • Encourage a culture of innovation and research within the team by providing strong thought leadership and promoting out-of-box thinking. • Diligently teaming with the cloud engineering, delivery, infrastructure (storage and compute), network, security teams to deliver an optimal tool experience to the end users. • Working closely with various stakeholders in US team with a collaborative approach
Required Qualifications
• Should have minimum 12 years of experience in software development environment with emphasis on Cloud engineering • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to influence others to achieve results • Solid IT / Cloud Computing experience • Experience in migrating OnPrem applications to Cloud • Experience in engaging Senior Leadership • AWS certified solution architect • Fluency in written and spoken English (Competency in other languages is a bonus) • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills • Strong personality to proactively reach out to various stake holders to advance Strategic Program activities • Ability to work within a highly dynamic, complex and fast-changing environment • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders including senior level executives • High levels of energy, creativity and enthusiasm • Meticulous and inquisitive attitude • Advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Technology • Skills required: • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
