The platform’s fine-grained data protection anonymizes Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that’s used in AI and Machine Learning models, providing faster access to critical analytics data and dramatically shortening the time to business insights.*THE OPPORTUNITY: *As a key member of Protegrity Products group you will be responsible to provide with performance /Stress/Longevity testing to the various products developed across all Protegrity development centers.RESPONSIBILITIES: *Creation of test plans, test requirements and test cases for Performance/stress/Endurance testing of application and System related requirementEstablishment of test procedures for product non-functional testing certificationMaintain and update test cases according to performance/stress test scopeSpecification and execution of performance benchmarking.Provide performance improvement recommendationsIdentify performance bottlenecks and end-to-end performance measures (server response time, throughput, network latency, etc.).Test status reporting, as part of product release, or on demand certification.Generation of bug reports, and tracking.Supporting the development team by reproducing performance related issues.Maintenance of test platforms to provide complete performance coverage of supported systems and configurations.Understand and be able to write database scripts to validate Performance related test cases.Design and write automation framework for performing penetration testing for application and system.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: *Experienced QA resource with 5-6 years of experience in performance/Stress testingExperience with Performance Benchmarking backgroundMust have solid working experience in Unix / Linux environmentShould have working experience in writing and executing scripts/program (C/C++/Java/perl/Shell Script) to perform performance/stress testingWell versed with using industry leading performance/stress/longevity testing tool (preferably open source) and Monitoring tool, Jmeter experience is mandatorySound knowledge on protocols such as SSL, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, FTP, TCP/IP and overall networking conceptsSystem and product monitoring requirements with analysis of the stats collectedExpertise in identifying root cause of performance bottlenecks and ability to provide recommendation for remediation*DESIRED SKILLS: **Working experience in API testingWorking experience in cloud environments like AWS / GCP/ AzureExposure to work with containerization of product or containerized products.Working experience with Database systems (Any one of them): Postgres SQL/ SQLite/Oracle/MSSQL/TeradataPerformance tuning knowledge on one of the databases like Oracle, Teradata, SQL server, DB2 on Unix or Windows environmentWorking experience in Web services testing (SOAP/REST)Working experience with testing of multi-threaded applicationKnowledge and experience with Bugzilla/ Jira and TestopiaWorking experience in LDAPWorking experience for testing of product/s as software applianceBasic Knowledge of AI / ML and where it can be usedGood knowledge in Product performance life cycle#LI-SP1We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits with generous vacation and holiday time off.
