Job Description : 99 Group is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry forward. You’ll help create products that serve a multitude of challenges through innovation. Your position will be on the agent-facing monetization team.

You are someone passionate about creating user experiences that are intuitive and motivational. You think about the big picture, the brand, and end-to-end user experience. You love working in a team and enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of people. You enjoy engaging with other people on your team to generate and evaluate ideas, and to produce awe-inspiring work. You have a strong understanding that design is about working hand-in-hand with fellow collaborators across all phases of development from ideation to completion.

What you’ll do:
Quickly execute new features across iOS, Android and Web apps with a high design standard
Contribute to our cross-platform design system
Plan and run user interviews and usability tests with PMs and user researchers
Participate in weekly design critiques, presenting work and offering best practice and user-research based feedback to fellow designers
Work closely with PMs and engineers on scoping and creating new features for our agent-facing monetization products
Work in agile sprints

What you are/have/will be:
3-5 years experience in product design, UX research, service design or related
Must have experience conducting user research and usability testing sessions
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Sensitive to context (understands why previous designs why were made, and is able to find a non-destructive solution to the brief
Able to consolidate insights to inform design decisions
Experience using and contributing to cross-platform design systems
You are highly collaborative and able to explain design with rationale with a good understanding of content and grasp of language/copywriting.
Familiar with web and responsive design
Experience designing app interfaces according to iOS and Android guidelines
Fluent in Figma and prototyping
Bonus skills, but not necessary:
Experience working in agile sprints/in a startup preferred
Experience leading projects and small teams preferred
Experience mentoring junior designers preferred
