Job Description : As part of the Avakin Product team, you will be integral to supporting the game’s overall success. Working closely with the internal development and publishing teams you will be an expert in analysing existing data, identifying opportunities and defining the requirements to drive growth for the Avakin game. You will have excellent analytical abilities, business judgment, and critical thinking to innovate and build great experiences that will impact our players’ lives and take ownership of delivering product initiatives and features from initiation and identify optimisations of current game systems and features to improve product health and performance.You will have a successful track record of owning and delivering full lifecycle product initiatives and features to players and capable of providing retrospective analysis and insights to communicate success and drive further product iteration. You will have excellent people management skills and proven experience setting and delivering against commercial forecast and business goals, as well as reporting at a leadership level.*Key Duties*To actively contribute to the long-term vision for Avakin and champion our players, thoroughly understand Avakin player needs and remain in tune with the communitySupport ideation, planning, forecasting, and execution of features through the product lifecycleOversee roadmaps and identify growth initiatives to ensure all stages of the player lifecycle are fully optimised and maximise customer lifetime valueTo provide clear specifications, pricing and product information for In App Purchases, feature content updates and game modesTo provide production and marketing teams with clear product requirements and project briefsTo help set goals and success criteria for the Avakin product, monitoring, and communicating progress toward KPI targets and business goalsWork with the product development and live ops team to ensure features and updates are implemented with the optimal user experience and in compliance with platform holdersTo provide supporting data analysis for new features and incremental improvements, understanding how product changes might impact key metrics and the game’s communityTo maintain a thorough understanding of product management trends, techniques and best practices using this knowledge to steer product development decisionsRequirementsProduct Management experience in free-to-play game development, with a proven track record in live operationsAbility to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trendsWork closely with a multi-disciplined team (Design, Art, Programming & Analytics) to design, scope and implement core features that result in a rewarding gameplay experiences for our players and positively impacts metricsAbility to create wire-frames, product specifications and white papersExceptional analytical skills and experience building game features, financial models and defining data needs and measurable KPIs.Build knowledge and understanding of data driven insights within the rest of the team through regular communication and the creation of meaningful dashboards and reportStays up to date on industry trends and thinkingExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Ability to prioritise and manage simultaneous high priority tasks successfully.Ability to bring structure & innovative solutions to abstract problemsExcellent at distilling information concisely and effectively to stakeholders and business leadershipA passionate gamer with a Product first approach to how they do business.BenefitsBonus Scheme, Share Option SchemeLife Insurance, Healthcare Cash Plan, Income ProtectionFlexible working hoursQuarterly staff socialsEnhanced pension schemeFlexible 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)Bike to Work scheme & other benefitsLockwood Publishing provides a welcome and safe working space for all employees globally.
