Primary Responsibilities:
Be involved in highly technically focused team of professionals who are responsible for design, development and deployment of Web content solutions using Adobe – AEM product to meet business requirements
Involve in Business Requirement refinement, upcoming projects discussions with the onshore/offshore business Partners
Convert the requirements into AEM designs by providing various options, pros & cons, POCs with best performance, highly secured solution
Work with the best practices for Development, Deployment process, Coding Standards, Configurations, Customization
Work independently on modules assigned
Interact with business partners in various phases of project life cycle
Creating the Designing Documents, User Manuals
Develop AEM Templates, Components, Dialogs, Customizing the AEM Granite UI, Components, Tools. Design the data migration to AEM and set up validation scripts
Build solutions of highest quality
Writing Junit Test cases
Mentoring the next level in their technical area
Participate in initiatives, recruitment, and practice development programs

Required Qualifications:
5 – 6 years of experience as AEM developer, hands-on experience on AEM 6.5/6.4
Strong knowledge and experience in Sling, JCR, Sightly
Well experienced with Templates, Components, OSGi bundle development, MSM, Workflows, Versioning
Well experienced with Setting up Replication Agent, Flush Agents and experience in customizing
Well experienced with dispatcher level configurations, customization to improve the page response time
Well experienced in fine tuning the Performance related problems in Sling, Cache, OAK, TarMK
Good experience with AEM DAM Solution Development
Good Experience in apache web server to configure virtual hosts, headers, error pages, logs, define rewrite rules
Strong experience in designing, developing, customizing the AEM workflows
Experience with XML, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience in Integrating the AEM with other eCommerce Application
Experience with AEM Application Monitoring agents
Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Certification
Integration experience with other Adobe experience cloud tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target
