HxGN OnCall Dispatch is the evolution of the industry’s leading public safety computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software. Delivered on-premises or in the cloud and accessed via browsers and apps, it delivers superior incident management capabilities in the public safety answering point (PSAP), emergency control room, station, unit, and anywhere responders need to go. With it, emergency services and dispatch centers can improve their performance, deliver better return on their information technology (IT) investments, and provide the public with more responsive and better service.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work in OnCall Dispatch QualityAssurance, having 3-5 years of Test Automation experience using tools like Selenium, NodeJS, JavaScript.
Responsibilities:
To be responsible for create & execute automation tests and analyse results in Quality Assurance role of OnCall Development project.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science) from a reputed college/university.
At least 3-5 years of automation experience using related technologies
Skills Required:
Good expertise with Testing process and ability to create and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts.
Interacting with Development and QA teams to ensure overall quality of the software.
Ability to develop and maintain automated scripts and perform functional testing, during various phases of SDLC.
Hands-on experience with test automation for Web based applications.
Working experience with Rest API / UI automation framework using tools like Selenium, NodeJs, JavaScript
Ability to write complex SQL Queries and perform database testing.
Ability to prioritise the areas required to be tested first.
Analyse the specifications and ability to create Test Designs according to the functional requirement.
Coordinate with developers, record and track the Defects
Good expertise in cloud technologies like Azure, AWS
Experience with Azure DevOps Testing Strategy
Good analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
