Position Description
This position focuses on the mobile application design, development and to lead distributed feature teams.
Essential Functions:
Requirement analysis, design, development and testing of the native mobile applications.
Establish and improve mobile app development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of high quality apps.
Provide technical leadership and execute mobile development projects from beginning to finish. Includes artifacts reviews, adhering to coding standards and ensuring appropriate stakeholder communication
Basic project management techniques and experience in risk analysis and planning
Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular technical team meetings.
Minimize code complexity and leverage code reuse appropriately.
Good at decision making, problem solving, and gaining commitment.
Develop and lead distributed feature teams.
Guide, coach, and mentor software engineers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent required.
Technical Skills:
3-5 years of native mobile development experience for both iOS and android platforms.
Experience in Objective-C / Swift for iOS native app development
Experience in Java/Koltin for android native app development.
Experience in developing secured Rest / SOAP APIs for app development .
Working experience in setting up the automated build environment using ANT and Maven.
Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally, with good interpersonal skills
Experience in Hybrid mobile development is preferred.
