Job Overview
A software testing professional with 5-7 years of experience in Functional/data/automation testing
Candidate with experience on working in offshoring model is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
80% of Time
Functional ResponsibilitiesConduct Data and report testing for critical dashboards and Data loadsIdentify and bugs and report it with correct severityEnsure >85% of bug acceptanceFamiliarity of working in Agile teamsProvide the test execution report to stakeholders.Define the correct test scope for the test activity
20% of Time
Operational ResponsibilitiesManage stakeholders from different country & time zonesFlexibility to work at late hours
Education & Experience
Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Minimum years of related experience required: 5 + years
Preferred years of related experience:6 + years
Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed
ü Exposure to Different Test Techniques.
ü Experience in BI Testing
ü Experience in Data Testing
ü Experience in Hadoop
ü Experience to work to API testing.
ü Understanding of Hadoop eco-system.
ü Knowledge of Data warehousing concepts and different schema types.
ü Knowledge of different ingestion technologies in Hadoop.
ü Design, develop, document, and maintain automated tests suites
Competencies/BehaviorsEnergizes and develops peopleAnticipates market trends that will impact competitive advantagePerson with solid testing experience is preferredAbility to manage international stakeholdersWorking experience with global stakeholders is preferred.Ensure timely delivery and communication to stakeholderBe a positive team player
