Responsibilities

Advocate user needs and pain points proactively and take business constraints into consideration to translate research findings into clear insights and actionable design recommendations to the team.
Deliver experiences that are optimised for a wide range of devices and platforms, Android/iOS, web and desktop application.
Develop and enrich wireframes, storyboards, scenarios, flow diagrams, etc. to effectively communicate our products’ interaction and design.
Plan and conduct quality research activities including surveys, field research, and other forms of domain, formative, and evaluative research.
Operate in cross-functional teams; including design, product, content, engineering and digital operation in a collaborative effort to share and implement research and user experience insights.
Profile

3 – 5 years relevant work experience, with consumer-focused UX experience on at least two full mobile projects – preferably low LSM segments.
Outstanding portfolio, showcasing excellent web/app design as well as graphics design – illustrations and icons design a plus.
Solid understanding of UX methodologies and tools, including usability testing and prototyping with Figma, Miro or others.
Aligned with our principles: customer-centric, lean, service-oriented architecture, self-organization, transparency.
Experience working in fast-paced agile software development teams and understanding the use of agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills, excellent time-management, and multi-tasking, you will have direct contact with stakeholders, ensuring a relationship of trust and good communication
