The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
Document business use cases, testing plans and procedures in an agile environment.

Business
Obtain and analyse/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow
Preparing and maintaining definitions of the requirements of projects and/or programmes and/or portfolios

Processes
Provide software coding and configuration including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
Understand, analyse, and document user requirements and specifications for business, systems and processes including integration with IT
Leverages ITIL best practices and industry application concepts to facilitate process / tool (ServiceNow) based discussions with stakeholders to drive outcome
Be the primary point of contact for Testing from a functionality standpoint and be able to test the functionality before testing team commences with testing.

People and Talent
Experience of working within an Agile Development framework
Organize and facilitate project discussions, workshops and training sessions with business, vendors and project team
Communicate and document requirements, test results and feedback with development and business teams.
Pro-actively engage, manage & build relationships with both technology (including vendors) & business stakeholders
Managing stakeholders, both internal and external, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests.

Risk Management
Maintain a culture of risk awareness and proactive resolution. Identify risks & issues and communicate them to the relevant people in a timely manner – assist with proposing & planning mitigating steps

Governance
Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions.
Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
Consolidating and documenting the fundamental components of projects and/or programmes and/or portfolios (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities and issues, and quality) within the governance framework that align with organisational practice
Establishing and managing reviews at appropriate points during and after projects and/or programmes and/or portfolios, which will inform their governance by providing evaluations of progress, methodologies and continuing relevance

Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Global – ITSM/ITOM; GRC; Finance; Legal; HR
Our Ideal Candidate
3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with ITSM and ITOM (Event, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
3+ years of experience in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and integration with other external modules
Strong ITIL concepts (preferably certified) with proven experience in working as a ServiceNow Developer covering ITOM and ITSM applications
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administration)
