Job Description : Functional Responsibilities: Execution of Project, Quality, Site Supervision and all deliverables of Primove given by clientPreparation of Design, Estimate for Execution.Review of Bar chart and execution activity of Project.Checking & finalizing of layout at site and making of protocol thereof.Monitoring actual execution of Contractor.Monitoring quality of work.Ensure safety measures to be taken at site during execution of work by contractor.Taking & recording all measurements, work done quantities etc.Preparation, checking R.A Bills of Contractor.Coordinating with contractor, 3rd party testing lab etc.Ensure all quality compliances of contractor.Visit sites to ensure quality of product.Inspect facilities and analyze operational data.Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.Determine and present estimates of operational costs.Evaluate operations and processes.Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
