Job Description : Job SummaryRudra Architecture Studio (RAS) is a decade experienced Bangalore based firm with its Principal Architect form National Institute of Technology (NIT). RAS engages diverse issues and the projects of varying scales: from interior design and architecture to master planning and landscape design. The architectural practice has immense experience in design and generated a reputation for providing design solutions on often complex sites.RAS engaged in various architecture and interior projects. Architecture includes Commercial, Institutional & Residential buildings whereas interior includes office, hospitality, boutiques, institutional & residential interiors.Responsibilities and DutiesRole & ResponsibilitiesMain co-coordinator on a construction site with vendors and laboursChecking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculationsEnsuring all materials used and work performed are as per specificationsOverseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plantInterpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architectLiaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the projectLiaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progressDay-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractorsPlanning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlinesOverseeing quality control, health and safety matters on sitePreparing reports as requiredResolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.Qualifications and SkillsDiploma/ Degree in Civil with around 3-5 years relevant experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with a team and independently, use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goalsMust possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and othersTwo wheeler driving license is must.Having two wheeler with helmet is required.Technical SkillsTechnical skills : AutocadMS OfficeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹34,888.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)
