Main Responsibilities
The On Site Recruitment Advisor is the front face of 2 Sisters Flixton.
If you enjoy working with people of many different nationalities, where no two days are ever the same and you have superb attention to detail this could be the role of you.
The roles key responsibilities will be to deliver an effective, customer-focused recruitment service to the site ensuring that hires are made in line with recruitment plan and the relevant documentation is collected and stored in line with legal requirements.
Devise and implement a recruitment plan with a focus on weekly paid positions and in line with business needs
Ensure external and internal communication is simple, accurate and effective and in line with brand guidelines
Source relevant candidates through online, social media and offline advertising methods and develop new channels to attract from under-represented or under-utilised sources of candidates
Screen candidates via selection processes in line with standard policy and procedures and within agreed timescales
Upskill Line managers on recruitment and interviewing skills
Maintain a database of candidates and provide regular management information
Build relationships with the Job Centre and identify other agencies the site can build partnerships with
Input into Group resourcing plans and new initiatives
Ensure all relevant right to work checks are completed and accurate documentation maintained
Prepare offer letters and contracts of employment and ensure the documentation complies with relevant employment legislation and is completed in a timely manner
Arrange induction for new starters and ensure effective communication with candidates throughout the process
The Ideal Candidate
Experience of working in a fast paced environment within a resourcer or recruitment role, with experience of high volume or seasonal recruitment needs, preferably within an in-house role or agency background.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with an ability to problem solve
Customer service oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and able to build effective relationships
Fluency in one or more languages preferred in addition to English (Desirable languages: Romanian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Portuguese, Polish, Russian)
Able to maintain confidentiality and present a professional approach at all times
Self-driven, resilient, and able to work under pressure
Competent in MS Office skills
