Job Description : Job Description
Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software applications used by end users or integrated with other applications by ISV. Development may span the full application stack including both frontend and backend application development. Uses modern software development methodologies and programming languages, follows secure coding practices and software legal compliance guidelines, analyzes user stories, writes both functional and test code, automates build and deployment, and performs unit integration and end to end testing of applications. Completes SDL tasks with the assistance of product security engineers and provides input to technical writers to complete product documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May also interact with end users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to .
Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
Work alongside with architects , system Engineers for better design and performance
Staying updated with latest programming languages and web app techniques
Collaborate and partner with other cross IT teams to trouble shoot and resolve issues
Explore new technologies / capabilities as per the need of the team / Org
Actively contribute in the various POC efforts undertaken
Demonstrate technical leadership with highly optimized code development
Manage stakeholders
Should be able to support off the shelf 3rd party tools
Provide L2/L3 Support for the app / tools as required
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Candidate should possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Information Management/Systems or related field.
Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
. Hands on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React
Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python,NodeJS or Java
Familiarity with database technology such as Postgres and Elastic search
Proficiency in containerization (Docker)
Familiarity with message brokers such as Active MQ , Rabbit MQ ,Kafka
Exposure / Experience on Windows / Linux OS, Go Lang
Strong problem-solving skills – ability to troubleshoot issues, find root cause, recommend and apply solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing and interpersonal skills
Agility and thrive for Innovation
Teamwork – Ability to work well and collaborate with others to achieve high quality results
Development experience in Agile and Scrum practices.
Test driven development
Should support, configure, manage 3rd party tools as per team/Org needs (relevant trainings for the tools would be provided)
