Our Client: One of the leading Retailers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking to bring on board a Software Development Manager

Your Role: The candidate would need to create a seamless Omnichannel Experience across major customer touchpoints including physical stores, online and on app. Using insight combined with an understanding of customer journey, customer expectations and future needs to drive a world class experience and in return a profitable growth. Incumbent would be responsible to lead the full operational ownership of loyalty benefits including points issuance, loyalty program compliance, membership status. the role would report in directly to the CMO.

Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or Software Engineering with minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Must have experience in Loyalty & CRM, Mobile Application, Customer experience.
