About the Job:
As a Full-Stack software engineer, you will be part of the effort to re-build and scale Jai Kisan`s digital lending platform that facilitates the loan application process by streamlining the flow of information between rural MSMEs as well as crop producers and financial institutions (major banks and NBFCs). You will be involved in strategizing, designing and developing new SAAS based products end-to-end.
What You will Do
Build backend services and APIs to create scalable engineering systems
Work with data scientists, product managers and business teams to define, capture and use syndicated data for business insights and product features
Architect and implement practical solutions to challenging engineering problems
Mentor team members and foster growth and learning activities within the team
What You will Need:
3-6 years of relevant work experience in high growth companies
1+ years of experience in architecture and design of new and current system
Understanding of data structures, algorithms and ability to articulate trade offs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Frontend frameworks like AngularJS
Experience in SQL and NOSQL databases
Experience in Backend technologies like NodeJS or GO
Working knowledge of major services offered by AWS
