Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to design and develop Communication platform to integrate Chat platforms like WhatsApp, WeCom etc.
Create, prioritize, plan and implement product backlog items, influence the roadmap and product evolution with the Product OwnerParticipate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solutionDesign, implement, test and maintain major server-side components and web applications.Implement back-end components of an n-tier application, including data model, data access objects, and application logic.Be the Engineering lead for the teamProvide guidance and mentoring to team membersSelf-starter, independently takes initiative in driving assignments to completion and solving problems without need for escalationProactively identify gaps in all processes, procedures, monitors, alerts, designs, etc. and provide recommendations on how to resolveParticipate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/ troubleshoot application code-related issues
Base Qualifications:
Mandatory hands-on experience on Core Java 8+, Spring Boot, Core Spring Framework and including other sub-projects like Spring Security, Spring data, Spring Apache Kafka, Apache, Splunk, JavaScript, React13+ years’ experience working as a hands-on (actively coding) Application Development Lead or related role.
Experience designing and creating micro services in a highly distributed environmentExperience with full development lifecycle from concept through implementationExperience with design, development, deployment, and support of large-scale applications in a mission-critical production environmentGood understand of Design PatternsExcellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience in Agile development lifecycle methodology
Preferred Skills:
Experience with containers and deployment (Dockers / Kubernetes as an example)Experience with any cloud based frameworks like AWS, CloudFounday
Experience in Encryption Protocols using like Public/Private key will be an added advantageExperience with JavaScript, CI/CD, Unit testing and Integration testing frameworksExceptional written and verbal skillsExperience with Agile Framework
