We are looking for a highly motivated and strong technical person to work on our industry leading CADWorx product suite. The candidate must have the ability to prioritize and participate in various projects while working independently and operating with good communication and interpersonal skills.

The candidate must be passionate about solving large enterprise business problems. We expect the person to:
Be customer obsessed. Understanding and anticipating the needs of our customers who need to reach to changing business and technology landscape is critical.
Have product sense, deep understanding of the broader product vision and ability to plan and design various features in stages to reach the end goal in an evolutionary way is critical.
Be a great engineer. You will be accountable to the design, implementation, schedule, delivery, of your team and services. Doing this in an efficient way is a must.
Earn the technical respect of the people on your team. This is a technical position and the ideal candidate should be capable of writing great code, supporting the service, and understanding at a detailed level how the software works.
Follow scrum process, must be able to work in a Scrum team environment with a talented group of professional software developers. Assignments require the use of independent judgment, and the application of programming/software principles, theories, concepts, and design patterns appropriate for each application.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
Skills Required:
Must have:
Programming experience in C++, C#, .NET, MVVM, WPF
Good working knowledge of Object Orientated Design/Programming and Data Structures
Good knowledge and understanding of various design patterns and principles (SOLID etc.)
Working knowledge of Database/Relational Data Design and querying language (SQL/LINQ/etc.)
Experience with Visual Studio / Git or similar version control system
Able to analyze the existing architecture and to build components on top of it.
Documenting implementation designs and technical information used
Familiarity with Scrum development process and working in a team environment.
Must possess strong problem-solving abilities
Must have a passion for learning new technologies, and a desire for personal growth, through self-study, formal classes, or on-the-job training
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player, self-driven, and proactive
Good To have:
Good knowledge of microservice, N-Tier, etc. architectures and both desktop and cloud deployment.
Knowledge of AutoCAD ObjectARX, AutoCAD.NET
Knowledge of full-stack web application development including ReactJS, JavaScript
Familiarity with REST API, WebAPIs, gRPC, OKTA, message queueing
Familiarity with PowerShell, Typescript
Experience with Dockers and Containers
Experience with Azure DevOps, Build pipeline management, NuGet packages
