We are looking for 4 to 6 years of experienced automation test engineer to automate test suites such as smoke test suite, regression test suite and acceptance test suite.

Software Test Engineer roles and responsibilities:
Experience in one or more automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress and BDD framework such as Cucumber
Come up with test plan for automation
Review manual test suites and ready them for automation
Develop automation test scripts using standard automation guidelines and best practises
Execute automated test scripts
Record problems and issues in JIRA
Document defects in JIRA
Validate fixes
Inform the test lead of any issues that affect the quality of the application or the process
Be part of a larger testing team that keeps the automation practises and guidelines up to date
Know programming languages used by automation tools such as Java, JavaScript, Dot Net etc
Additional Requirements:
Know programming languages used by automation tools such as Java, JavaScript, Dot Net etc
Minimum of 5 years IT related experience
At least 4 years of experience in Test Automation using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, HP Mercury Quick Test Pro, Rational Functional Tester
