Roles & Responsibilities

Your role as Solutions delivery Expert Data Historians (m/f) is to contribute to management of critical manufacturing systems, tools, projects and applications, ensuring their stability and integrity, while meeting customer service levels
Accountability for leading the global IT management of Data Historian systems in the Novartis Business Services Technical Operations Quality IT organization
Further develop the centralized IT Delivery/support service for the PI historian projects/applications in collaboration with key stakeholders
Coordinating the activities of multiple functional stakeholders (NTO Global Manufacturing Functions, Site IT, Site Automation), navigating complex organizational relationships and delivering operational excellence
Manage the delivery of one or more systems, tools or applications and ensure their stability, integrity and business continuity
Ensure that an up-to-date asset inventory is maintained and only authorized components are used; coordinate configuration management database changes and/or ensure that configuration items are identified, accounted, reported, verified and audited.

Minimum requirements
Graduation / post-graduation in the relevant domain12 – 15 years of overall IT experience.Good understanding of Dev Ops model and Agile ways of working Experience in managing critical manufacturing IT operations.
Experience with OSIsoft PI Historian & OT/Automation Systems operational management.
Fluent in speaking / writing in English.Good knowledge of Pharma domain is nice to have.
