Job Purpose: Performance and Resiliency Engineering – This position is responsible for advising end-to-end design and build to meet defined performance and technical requirements. Efforts include: technical input around performance and resiliency considerations to incorporate into engineering of applications and services, identify and address potential production issues that impact operational resiliency, and support the resolution of major incidents along with root cause analysis.

Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years in Information Technology or relevant experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 9 year Information Technology experience OR 11 years Information Technology experience.Web, App, ETL, Middleware, BI, and DBMS technologiesKnowledge of Cloud, Hyper-converged, Virtualization and Container technologiesWorking knowledge of Network and Call Center technologiesWorking knowledge of End user computing, collaboration, mobile and digitalExperience with IT Analytics, Monitoring, Orchestration and AutomationAbility to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processesCustomer relationship managementDemand / Portfolio and Resource ManagementUnderstanding of business priorities (e.g., vision), trends (e.g., industry knowledge) and markets (e.g., existing/ planned)Business case/ financial modelingAbility to influence infrastructure strategic visionAbility to drive cross function executionAbility to deal with ambiguityTeamwork and collaborationOrganized and detail orientedAnalytical and problem solving skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:
