Your Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Design, implement and maintain security /infrastructure requirements for development / testing environment, OR design, implement and keep technology stack of relevant products for development, test and production use support OR manage application infrastructure including application infrastructure design input, application installation and deployment and operational management of the application infrastructure.
Ensure timely delivery of solutions required for new projects and high integration of components. -Develop and enhance automated processes to release new solutions into the live environment or create reusable and automation frameworks.

Ensure only authorized changes are made for all assets within enterprise IT environment -Ensure creation of detailed solution/ service design matching high level designs and functional specifications to meet quality and performance requirements and ensure the quality, cost and timelines of feature and product implementations OR i nstall applications per approved designs and operationally manage application infrastructure, taking preventive measures to avoid unplanned outages.

Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) – Enable, manage and ensure optimal performance levels of a computer network based on typical KPIs (e.g. delays, packet loss, throughput etc.) and establish custom KPI’s in context of the respective service or product to be monitored
Ensure performance and quality of service levels of each network,device, application and end-user experience are routinely monitored, Provide insights to service / product owners as well as operational teams to support a predict and prevent approach
Management and ownership of network management & documentation tools portfolio (e.g. Cisco Prime, ISE, Netbrain, Riverbed Steelcentral, Cisco ThousandEyes etc.) covering administrator duties as well as service management & life cycle duties (incident, problem, change,
availability, capacity, vendor performance, patch- release & vulnerability management etc.)

Ensure adherence to all compliance regulations as per governance guidelines
Performs managerial duties related to staffing, setting goals and objectives, and coaching and mentoring team; handles personnel actions in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum requirements
Minimum Requirements:

B Tech with 8-12 years of expereince in IT Industry

Expereince in NOC (Network Ops Center) , network documentation & network operations

Expereince in tools like Kanban boards, Jira , Cisco ThousandEyes and netbrain
Good expereince in Agile methodology (

Cloud network engineering: Manage, coach and guide a team of public cloud engineers (AWS, Azure), Foundational knowledge in agile working (e.g. Prince 2 Agile, Scrum etc.)
