You are joining as a core member of the QA team that is responsible for verification of the product.
We are looking for a professional experienced test engineer with a strong testing background in testing both backend and frontend systems. You are very experienced executing risk assessments and defining the right level of test coverage. You are able to provide guidance and mentoring to your more junior QA colleagues. Your helicopter view allows you to safeguard the quality of the product while not losing track of relevant details.

Responsibilities:
Be part of a cross functional Scrum team that develops and supports the product. You will be working hand in hand with the other R&D functions.
Be involved in new features development; provide inputs to POs and Developers on the correct behavior of the system.
Install and Configure testing systems with latest deliveries for testing.
Execute Risk Assessments and derive test coverage using ISTQB methods
Define, write and execute effective test cases for both Front and backend
Serve as focal point for all matters quality related and interface with offshore QA management.
Qualification – Essential
/B. Tech in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering
7-11 years of experience in testing backend systems.
2+ of experience in testing front end systems
Experienced in E2E testing
Experienced in exploratory testing
ISTQB certification (preferably advanced test analyst level) and able to apply this in a Scrum environment
Very experienced in Risk Based Testing
Experienced with defect management and tracking tools, preferably Jira.
Experienced working on Windows
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, very good English
Experience working in Scrum
Qualification – Desirable
Experience with bamboo for deployment of code
Experience in coding C# and/or MS PowerShell scripting
Experience with x-ray test management repository
Familiarity with Virtualization technology, VMWare, etc.
Experience with protocol analysis and Wireshark tracing
