Sutherland Global Services is seeking SQL lead developer who will be responsible for designing databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance with knowledge in MS SQL Server with SSIS / SSRS to join us as Sr. Developers – Chennai. Roles & Responsibilities
Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
Hands on experience in SSIS / SSRS Projects.
Very Strong in Business Intelligence (BI) and Other reporting tool
Able to create data modeling using ER-Win / Oracle for Data Model tool.
Capable of troubleshooting common database issues
Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
Tuning T-SQL queries to improve performance.
Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must:
Computer Engineering Graduation and above
Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience working in SQL Development and SSIS/SSRS development or above
Extensive Knowledge: SQL Server / SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
SSRS , Any reporting development knowledge, Data Modelling
Very strong in RDBMS.
Added NoSQL / MongoDB
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience working in SQL Server development activity and SSIS/SSRS development or above.
Handling and providing technical guidance to team members
