The best part – these AVians contribute back to the community and move us forward in achieving our Vision.Behind this movement is a team with diverse background united by our passion to create a generation of Data Professionals who lead the world in future.Who can fill in the shoes?This role is best suited for:Person with 3+ years of experience in Big Data and Data Engineering in companies dealing with huge datasets.Prior experience with training will be an advantage.Having experience in Data Engineering technologies like Apache Spark, HBase, Hadoop, MapReduce, HDFS, Hive, YARN, Kafka, Zookeeper, Java, Python and ScalaExperience with setting up and maintaining Datawarehouse (RedShift) and DataLakes for an OrganizationHaving deep experience in one of the Cloud providers – Azure or AWS.Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra / MongoDB.Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.Having good understanding of machine learning landscape and conceptsHave Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and products and create training programs to increase adoptionHave ability to translate technical content into videos, tutorials, online coursesStrong problem solving and communication skills (English).What is the role?Being a startup, the role would evolve over time. But, here are a few things you can expect:Defining and leading our strategy in making data engineering skills accessible for our community membersContinuously learning new tools in Data Engineering and evangelizing them within our communityDelivering and creating content for offline and online workshopsSet up Data Engineering labs for Analytics VidhyaLeading industry events, meetups and webinarsDevelop custom data models and algorithms to apply to real life use cases.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹2,200,000.00 per yearSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Udyog Vihar Phase 2, Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):What will be your Notice Period ?Experience:Big data: 2 years (Preferred)
