Job Description : ABOUT TOPPR
Toppr is India’s leading ed-tech company with a mission to make learning personalized. Our adaptive after-school learning app for classes 5th to 12th is used by over 20 million students. Along with the learning app, our School Operating System (School OS) and the recently Launched Toppr Codr product, provide students with the complete in-school, after-school and co-curricular learning ecosystem. We have the widest syllabus coverage with over 20 subjects, 20 boards, and 50 exams. We believe each child is unique with distinct learning needs. We are building Toppr as an adaptive platform to increase engagement, optimize learning and improve outcomes for all students. ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for corporate administration of the organization.
Inventory Management and procurement.
Facility Management Knowledge
Pest control service PAN INDIA
Vendor scouting on PAN India
Managing Covid helpline for PAN INDIA employees.
Courier and logistic PAN INDIA
Agreement, Contracts and AMC PAN India
Fire Safety as per the compliance and Fire drill knowledge
Onboarding and scouting office boy and runner boy PAN India
Mumbai HO General administration , Facility , Pantry, Fire safety, AMC & Procurement.
Invoice Reconciliation and payment process.
Security and Housekeeping training as per compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum 3yrs relevant experience in Administration.
Prior experience in managing Covid helpline, will be an added advantage.
