What you’ll be doing…
You will be working in cutting-edge technologies and driving the network service assurance systems to the next level in its journey to the North Star architecture.
The primary accountabilities associated with this position include:
Leading development teams in service assurance and assuming responsibility for delivery of business programs in Wireline and Wireless Network OSS teams.
Program/Project delivery excellence: Owning the program delivery and working closely with the onshore manager and the teams (India and US). Including performing technical work directly and guiding the team on architecture, design, and on-the-job challenges.
Defining, measuring, and driving teams to achieve KPIs.
Leading and driving teams towards transformation in Agile-SAFe, DevSecOps, ODM, and Cloud.
Creating superior employee experience: Creating scalable practices that would help maintain a high level of engagement with team members on a regular basis and ensuring that there is a constant connect.
Identifying areas of opportunities and driving efficiencies in existing teams.
Engaging with employees on a regular basis by having a structure and schedule for employee engagement activities.
Representing project and programs in internal and external forums clearly articulating on the value creation and significance of the deliverables.
Working directly with developers and product managers/stakeholder to conceptualize, build, test, and realize value-based solutions.
Influencing and obtaining buy-in from external and internal stakeholders by effectively balancing the social system.
Strategic roles both on technology and strategic management.
Driving a culture of innovation: Championing a culture of innovation and drive.
Encouraging the team to participate in experimentation, hackathons, coding events, and other organization-wide events and efforts.
Vendor management: Managing vendors on the ARTs or Non ART programs/domain teams.
Managing and tracking budgets and financials.

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for…
This role mandates continuous innovation and broad technical skills, adept with knowledge and getting in depth understanding of business priorities, market insights and technology changes in the industry. You should be able to create, lead, shape and execute programs and initiatives to improve people skills, process optimization and modern technology adoption to create higher value for the business.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in software development and managerial role.
Four or more years of experience in driving large scale projects/programs.
Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s degree in Engineering.
Experience in Telecom Network Domain and Network OSS solutions.
Experience in Java full stack.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with ReactJS and Sprintboot/NodeJS.
Experience with JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, databases (PostGres/MySQL/Oracle)
Knowledge of AWS, K8S, and SOE/SRE.
Experience managing large-scale core development projects from scratch, handling requirements, design, and the deliveries.
Experience in Agile (SAFe/Scrum) delivery management.
Strong people leader and mentor experience, including the ability to maintain a high level of engagement with team members.
