Job summary
We are looking for high caliber and experienced Product Manager to join a start-up team and own the product suite for Small and Medium businesses. We are building a new suite of software (Mobile first) that can also serve many fast-growing businesses for decades to come.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building the product roadmap for some of the key business drivers for SMB segment. You will work directly with dedicated engineering teams to drive product development and influence fundamental design decisions. You will apply both business and product acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous and innovative environment.
As a successful candidate, you will have demonstrated product leadership skills in fostering cross-team collaboration with business, technical, and design counterparts. You will have successfully demonstrated your proficiency in launching both back-end and front-end features that delight customers and drive business success. You must be competent technically with a passion for technology trends. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity. You leverage mental models and data-driven decision making and can effectively communicate verbally, and in writing, with leaders of all levels.

Job responsibilities
Develop and manage feature intake processes to gather new project ideas from external customers and internal teams. Own the product roadmap planning process to drive alignment on project prioritization across stakeholders.
Define product requirements and user experience in partnership with the UX team, and provide product direction to engineering teams.
Develop product launch strategy and customer facing content in partnership with the go-to-market team.
Partner with engineering, design and QA teams to hold a high quality bar on the software you ship. Own the launch go-no-go decision.
Drive the long-term product vision and roadmap and alignment with senior leadership in the form of 3-year vision and PR/FAQ documents.
MBA or Masters degree
Strong bias for action and “get it done” attitude
Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals
Ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment, as well as a rapid work pace
A proven track record of being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
